Common questions
Do you handle cannabis products?
No. We make the branded merch and accessories around your brand. We don't produce, package, or ship cannabis itself. Items like pre-roll cases and joint holders ship to you empty, ready for your team to fill.
Can you help keep our merch compliant?
We design with cannabis marketing rules in mind and will flag artwork that could read as appealing to minors. Rules vary by state and change often, so final compliance sign-off should come from your licensee or compliance team.
What are your minimums?
It depends on the item. Puff Cases start at just 50 pieces, grinders and ashtrays at 100, and high-volume items like rolling papers at 1,000. Exact minimums are listed on every quote.
How long does an order take?
Many items, including grinders, ashtrays, and pre-roll cases, produce in 3–5 working days with 1–2 day rush available. Fully custom pieces like printed papers and LED trays take 25–60 working days. You'll get a production date with your quote. If you're working toward an event or a 4/20 drop, tell us the date up front and we'll plan around it.
Can you store our merch and ship it out over time?
Yes. We warehouse inventory at our Van Nuys facility and can ship restocks to multiple store locations, kit PR boxes, or fulfill orders from your Shopify store.
