Do you have a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the service. Screen printing and embroidery typically start around 48 pieces, while promo products vary by product. Not sure where your project fits? Ask us, most requests get sorted out fast.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the product, decoration method (screen printing, embroidery, DTF, etc.), and quantity. Larger orders bring the per-unit cost down. We provide a personalized quote within 24 hours of hearing about your project.
How fast can you turn an order around?
Standard turnaround is 5-15 working days from art approval. Need it faster? We offer rush production for time sensitive projects like tour dates or events.
Do I need final artwork to get a quote?
No, a rough idea or reference image is enough to get started. Our design team can help refine it into print ready art.
Do you handle fulfillment and warehousing too, or just production?
Yes, we run both. Once your merch is produced, we can warehouse it, pick and pack orders, and manage your Shopify store end to end so you're not touching a box.
Do you work with brands outside Los Angeles?
Yes, we ship and manage fulfillment nationwide, though our production shop is based in Southern California.
