Onboarding call
We review your Shopify store, product catalog, and fulfillment setup. You grant us admin access and we take it from there.

We get to work
Within 5 business days your store is fully under our management: listings clean, inventory synced, orders routing correctly.

Monthly rhythm
You receive a report every month. We handle everything in between. Upgrade, downgrade, or add services anytime.
Common questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, all plans carry a 3-month minimum, then roll to month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. A one-time onboarding fee of $200 applies to new accounts.
I'm already paying a fulfillment fee. Why do I also need a retainer?
They cover different things. The fulfillment fee (10% of gross sales) covers pick, pack, and ship. The retainer covers everything that happens in Shopify: listings, inventory accuracy, order monitoring, and reporting. Growth and Studio clients also get their fulfillment rate reduced to 8.5%, so the retainer pays for itself as volume grows.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle with 30 days notice.
What do you need from me to get started?
Shopify admin access, your current product catalog, and any existing inventory data. We handle the rest during onboarding and will reach out within 24 hours of signing up.
What if I want to cancel?
After the initial 3-month term, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. You own your Shopify store. We hand over access and you're done. No data held, no lock-in.
