Stevenson Ranch Hat Club
We built a hat-of-the-month subscription with streetwear brand Stevenson Ranch: a brand-new hat design every month, produced and shipped straight to subscribers' doors by our team.
The challenge
Stevenson Ranch's fans wanted every new hat drop. The brand wanted to turn that demand into recurring revenue without its own team producing, packing, and shipping thousands of hats every month.
What we built
The Stevenson Ranch Hat Club: members get an exclusive hat each month, with styles rotating between truckers, canvas snapbacks, and more. We produce each month's design and ship every order directly to subscribers.
The result
The club grew to around 1,500 orders a month, giving the brand predictable monthly revenue and a loyal community that looks forward to every drop. Stevenson Ranch focuses on design and marketing; we handle the rest.

Who is this a good fit for?

How is pricing structured?
Each program is quoted around your products, quantities, and schedule. Product pricing is per unit, and storage and fulfillment are quoted based on what you keep on hand and how often you ship. You'll see everything laid out before you commit.
Can we change products or quantities along the way?
Yes. We review your program each cycle, and you can swap items, adjust quantities, or add a one-off order whenever you need to.
Where is our inventory stored?
At our Van Nuys facility. We can ship restocks to multiple locations, kit boxes for teams or clients, or fulfill orders directly from your Shopify store.
