How does the credit work?
The full consulting fee is applied as a credit toward your first production order with us. So if you book the Brand Launch package at $650 and place a $2,000 production order, you only pay $1,350. The credit applies to any of our production services: apparel, promo products, packaging, and more.

How long does it take?
Most engagements wrap up within 5–7 business days from your intake call. The Brand Launch and Full Scale packages include a follow-up round to refine recommendations before we finalize your deliverables.
Do I have to use Alert for production afterward?
No obligation. But the roadmap is built around our capabilities, so production is a natural next step. The credit only applies if you produce with us. Most clients do.
What if I already have designs do I still need consulting?
Possibly not the Full Scale package, but the Starter or Brand Launch are still valuable for product selection, pricing strategy, and figuring out the right fulfillment setup. Bring your assets to the call and we'll tell you exactly where we can add value.
